Physical Product Orders

If you order any physical product shipped via postal service, your package might arrive in one of these three ways:

* USPS Media Mail

* USPS First Class Mail International

Orders Shipping Time

Shipping time for your order is affected by your location for the most practical delivery option (such as USPS Media Mail or First Class). The typical processing period lasts 2–10 business days. However, some international destinations may require up to 15 additional days to receive their package due to customs inspection processes.

Refunds

Physical product purchases will be refunded when an order is returned. Please make sure to return the product to the address provided by the seller. Sending customer support an email with a receipt is how to return digital goods.

Physical Product Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes things change, so our partners and we want to offer a 24-hour "cooling off" period where customers can cancel their physical product orders without adverse effects. As well as being refunded immediately once the cancellation is made!
